Our Canadian GPS chip was supposed to be delivered to us at the marina by West Marine shortly after 10:30 a.m. but didn't make it here until after 2 p.m. We had already decided not to move north today due to very high winds on the lake. About 11 a.m. I walked over to the south dock where another looper (Marc's Arc) was docked to see what their plans were going to be. Marc indicated that from the weather forcasts he had seen we may be here for a couple more days until the winds slow down. They had been with Carried Away the day before and knew that Bill & Joyce were planning on coming into this marina today so he gave them a call to let them know the conditions but they were already on their way. They didn't hit any heavy winds until about 30 minutes away which made their docking attempt futile and they couldn't catch a mooring ball either due to the wind so they ended up anchoring in a protected cove.

Bill (Carried Away) |
Bill has been experiencing shifting issues on his starboard shifter so decided to exchange it with the salon unit and need an air compressor to bring it back up to pressure which I have.

We needed ink cartridges for our printer so Ricki decided to go to Rite Aid while I worked on charts.

Quest on North Docks |
After dinner on the boat we walked around the marina. The weather station reported that winds were
29 mph here on the lake today. Good thing we didn't go out.
