Dianne
and Christine left this morning after breakfast to go home but on the way
dropped me off at the post office to mail some charts I had borrowed from Blue
Moon for the Ottawa and Rideau Canal back.

We
pulled our ropes and headed across the St. Lawrence River toward Kingston at
11:30 and arrived at 2 p.m. after traveling 20 miles. We called the marina and got our slip
assignment which is one boat away from Marc’s Ark. They were waiting on us at the slip and is
was so good to see them again.
Several
more looper boats followed us into the marina that came across from the Erie
Canal. There must be at least 6 or 7
loopers now in the marina.

After visiting around a little we joined Marc & Michelle
at an Indian Restaurant for dinner. A
delightful experience since we had never had that kind of food before.

| Neat Idea |
We walked back to the marina through a park next to it that is setting up for some kind of a food tasting deal tomorrow. Looks like lunch will be "grazing" the booths.

| Sea Weed |
The sea weed in the marina is very bad and clogs the strainers pretty quickly. We are out as far as you can get on the docks and it isn't quite as bad.
