When we got up this morning on Tangier Island the wind was blowing over 20 mph out of the NE so after listening to the WX radio channel that indicated it may lay down a little after 10 a.m., we left at 10a.m. Long story short ... it didn't lay down and we had 2 to 4 foot waves all the way across the bay with a few of them coming over the bow. My burgee actually went under water twice and we had stuff flying all over the cabin. Thank goodness the waves were pretty much on the bow or we would have capsized I am sure. We had a 36 mile trip with close to 20 of it in the bay before coming into the wide Potomac. We finally got into the protection of land to the north and turned into the St. Marys River for the final 5 or 6 miles to the St. Marys Yachting Center. After tying up, rinsing the salt off the boat and a dip in the pool, John & Barb joined us for a great big greasy hamburger in the restaurant. Cocktails and hour dours at 7 and now we are down for the night. Tomorrow we will head on up the Potomac with 1 more stop before DC. Due to the rough ride we didn't get any pictures today but I will load the Tangier pics as soon as we get a good signal.

I'm having problems with the Coords you gave here! They show you in the middle of a land mass. Maybe closer to 38 degrees 9.540"N by 076 degrees 28.200"?
