Another beautiful day in the mid 70's with a light wind. Our friends Skip and Barb Johnson (Moor $tuff) have decided to come on over from Panama City Beach to spend New Years Eve with us. There are now 5 looper boats here and the plans were being made for the evening. Skip 
and Barb are joining us for dinner 
on the stone of steak and lobster then we are all planning on getting together for adult beverages and ring in the new year on Present Moment (Sue and Darrel's boat) a beautiful 50 ft Ocean Alexander. The four couples had a great time and we actually devised our own ball
to drop at midnight which was nothing more than a large round orange fender. We got a call from Home Depot that the microwave we ordered to replace the one that decided to quit, was in and they will be open New Years Day so we can pick it up. It is supposed to rain most of the day so we will probably just do boat chores before dinner.
Sounds like a good time was the order of the evening
